Every Day Is Saturday

Official Noise Pop photographer Peter Ellenby will be signing copies of his new book "Every Day Is Saturday" at Noise Pop HQ Thee Parkside, Thursday 3/1 during the happy hour from 5-8pm.

Peter has been shooting bands onstage, in his studio and even - or maybe especially - out on the streets of San Francisco for years with gorgeous results. He is as integral a part of Noise Pop as he is of the local music scene, having snapped literally hundreds of festival performances and even meeting and proposing (though not at the same time) to his wonderful wife Jeanné (also an amazing photographer) at festival headquarters, Thee Parkside during Noise Pop. Peter and Jeanné recently welcomed their first daughter Ruby into the world and now it's time for us all to welcome the long overdue premiere of Peter's other baby, "Every Day Is Saturday". Published by Chronicle Books and out next month, this full color coffee-table book collects Peter's great work from over the years, featuring many images captured during Noise Pop Festivals and numerous performers who have participated over the years. "Every Day Is Saturday" features new writings by John Doe, Tim Scanlin and Christopher Slater.
