In Response to COVID-19
Dear Noise Pop Fam,
In light of the recent recommendations from the San Francisco Department of Health, we are postponing our scheduled March and April events.
In San Francisco, this includes events at Swedish American Hall and Cafe du Nord. Noise Pop is currently working to find new dates for each show, and will notify ticket buyers once it is confirmed. Any tickets purchased for these postponed events will be honored on the new rescheduled date. If you are not able to attend the new date, you may request a refund at point of purchase.
For Noise Pop shows at other venues, we are in active conversation with these spaces and will provide necessary updates when applicable. Any additional changes to the status of our shows will be communicated via email, social media, and our website.
Lastly, we wanted to take a moment to let you know we truly appreciate your patience and understanding through these trying times. Noise Pop is a small + passionate team committed to championing the SF Bay Area music and arts community. If you’d like to support our efforts in keeping independent music and culture alive, please consider purchasing tickets to our shows in the summer and fall, or visiting us at noisepopshop.com.
Now more than ever is the time to amplify and support venue staff and workers, local artists and businesses, and all those affected by this outbreak. Buy (not stream!) artists’ music and merch, continue spreading the word about your fave up-and-coming artists as they plan their next tour, and tip your service workers extra if you’re out and about.
Stay healthy out there, and see you at a show… hopefully soon!
How to Support Noise Pop during the quarantine
Like many businesses in the live music, entertainment and nightlife communities around the globe, Noise Pop has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 quarantine and the subsequent tsunami of necessary cancellations and closures.
We're incredibly grateful for the opportunities we’ve had to showcase emerging artists and contribute to our local music and arts culture. But due to the current crisis, our passionate + music-loving employees are facing substantial pay cuts or out of work entirely.
If you are able and compelled to help us during this time, it will be greatly appreciated! Below are some of the ways you can support us ...
Donations from this campaign will go entirely to keeping our crew employed and the company afloat, so that we can continue to focus on creating more work and opportunities for our community and uplifting and diversifying the Bay Area music and arts scene.
Check out our web store and buy some merch! We have a new 2020 collection, including T-shirts, crewnecks, dad caps and more.
Please note that shipping will be delayed due to our office being closed. We will mail out merch orders out + notify you about the shipment as soon as we can. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
